Meeting with newly appointed US Ambassador to Ireland, Ed Walsh, in Washington

I had the pleasure of meeting the newly appointed US Ambassador to Ireland, Ed Walsh, in Washington, D.C. alongside our own Irish Ambassador to the U.S., Geraldine Byrne Nason, during the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

As an entrepreneur and former presidential candidate, I’ve long championed the importance of strong U.S.– Ireland relations — especially in areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment. Ed takes up his role at a pivotal time where we must all continue to work together to strengthen the unique partnership between our two countries. I wish Ed every success in this important role.
